Cornelius Johnson announces for Michigan
Written by Matt Pargoff

Cornelius Johnson is a Wolverine. Waiting until early signing day to announce his decision, the 6-3, 195 pound wide receiver out of Greenwich (Conn.) Brunswick School declared his intentions to play for Michigan, selecting the Maize and Blue over Penn State.

Also carrying scholarship offers from Alabama, Notre Dame and a long list of others, Johnson is rated as a four-star prospect on 247 Sports and ESPN, coming in as a three-star player on Rivals.

His pledge brings Michigan to 26 players verbally committed or signed for the 2019 recruiting class.
