Lynden (Wash.) Christian forward Cole Bajema is the latest addition to the Michigan basketball recruiting class. The 6-foot-7, 175-pounder promptly announced his decision upon receiving a scholarship offer from the Wolverines.

“I am excited and blessed to announce that I will further my education and basketball career by accepting a scholarship offer to attend the University of Michigan,” he said on Twitter. “I would like to thank God, my parents, and my coaches for their help in allowing me to realize my dream of attending the greatest university in the world.”

Rated as a three-star prospect on Rivals and not yet rated on 247 Sports, Bajema also carried scholarship offers from Washington, Oregon State and Virginia.

Bajema is Michigan’s second commitment for the 2019 recruiting class, joining Denton (Tex.) Guyer forward Jalen Wilson.
