Michigan’s 2015 recruiting class started filling up early, but the Wolverines have not added a new pledge in some time, and are currently in more of a battle to hang onto the verbal commitments they have. Roseboro decommits from Michigan

With defensive end as a major need for Michigan’s 2015 recruiting class, the Wolverines appeared to have picked up an important piece of the puzzle at the end of August when Lincolnton, N.C. star Darian Roseboro announced in favor of the Maize and Blue. Less than a month later, his pledge disappeared.

Dunaway ready to help in any way he can

Michigan’s 2015 recruiting class is nearly complete when it comes to scholarship players, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be other additions. On Saturday evening, news broke that Bloomfield Hills Brother Rice defensive end Jack Dunaway had reach the decision to accept a preferred walk-on opportunity with the Wolverines.

Fitzpatrick comes up big, talks recruitment

Just three games into the season, Farmington High School has already matched its win total from a year ago. The Falcons knocked off Auburn Hills Avondale on Friday in impressive fashion with a 35-0 victory at home. Leading the way in the effort was wide receiver Desmond Fitzpatrick, who pulled in six catches for 112 yards and two touchdowns.

Video: 2016 OT Michael Jordan in action

Following a strong showing at the Michigan camp this summer, 2016 offensive tackle Michael Jordan of Canton (Mich.) Plymouth earned a scholarship offer from the Wolverines. On Friday evening, the 6-6, 275 pound junior had his home opener against Pinckney postponed by bad weather, but proved to be an immense physical mismatch through the first quarter and a half.
