Wolverines claim road victory at Indiana

Winning on the road hasn’t exactly been the hallmark of the current Michigan team. In fact, prior to Sunday afternoon, they hadn’t claimed a single victory on an opponent’s home court. With two-thirds of the remaining regular season schedule consisting of road games, the Maize and Blue took a big step in proving they were capable though, defeating Indiana 75-63.

Wolverines dominant in win over Michigan State

Taking on Michigan State for the second time in nine days, the Wolverines hoped to avenge an eight-point loss on the road in the previous meeting. To say they accomplished that goal would be huge understatement. Riding a hot shooting start and strong defensive effort that forced 21 turnovers, Michigan blew out its in-state rival Tuesday evening, claiming an 86-57 victory.

Wolverines fizzle after strong start against OSU

Michigan came out of the gate fast on Friday evening while playing host to rival Ohio State, jumping in front by 11 points in just the first six minutes of play. But on a night where the Wolverines were badly out-rebounded, that edge proved tough to hold, ultimately falling in the contest 70-66.
