Seven Wolverines named all-Big Ten offense
Written by Matt Pargoff

While the Michigan offense never performed to the same level as the defense during the 2017 season, seven players were still recognized from that side of the ball on the all-Big Ten list released Wednesday.

The left side of Michigan’s offensive line made the cut with both tackle Mason Cole and guard Ben Bredeson named as second-team performers by both the media and coaches.

Running back Karan Higdon was named third-team all-Big Ten on both lists as well. Higdon’s fellow running back, sophomore Chris Evans received honorable mention notice from the conference coaches, while the media list of honorable mentions included tight end Zach Gentry, center Patrick Kugler and tight end Sean McKeon.
