Falling to Penn State 42-13, Michigan took a dip in the polls for the third straight week, barely hanging on at the bottom of the USA Today/Amway Coaches Poll, while falling out completely according to Associated Press Voters.

The Wolverines came in at No. 25 according to the coaches, while garnering the 27th most points from the AP.

Penn State, Wisconsin and Ohio State all held their places, coming in at No. 2, 5 and 6 respectively. The only positive movement from the Big Ten in the polls was from Michigan State, which climbed two spots to No. 16 in the Associated Press Poll, and one spot to No. 18 via the coaches.
