Report: Wheatley leaving Michigan for NFL job

Michigan has already had change in its offensive coaching staff since the end of the season, replacing passing game coordinator Jedd Fisch, who left for a job at UCLA, with former Cleveland offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton. Now it appears there’s more change on the way, with The Sporting News reporting that running backs coach Tyrone Wheatley will head to the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Michigan holds off Nebraska in high scoring victory

If improving the defense was a primary goal, Michigan came out of Saturday’s matchup with Nebraska still with a lot of room to grow. Entering the contest on a two-game losing skid though, the Wolverines were happy to grab a 91-85 victory, holding off the Cornhuskers to pull even in conference play.

Report: Pep Hamilton to join Michigan staff

With former passing game coordinator and quarterbacks/wide receivers coach Jedd Fisch moving on to run UCLA’s offense, Jim Harbaugh set his sights high, going after an active NFL offensive coordinator. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, that pursuit hit home, with Cleveland Browns’ Pep Hamilton agreeing join the Michigan program as assistant head coach and passing game coordinator.

Peppers announces decision to go pro

Wolverines land big tackle Filiaga

The offensive line was a major priority for Michigan’s recruiting efforts in 2017 and the Wolverines continue to pull in strong prospect, snagging big tackle Chuck Filiaga out of Aledo, Texas on Saturday afternoon.
